We Have Got Answers
Cohorts are group programmes with shared coaching. Elite 1:1 is entirely bespoke, built around you alone, with direct one to one access to your coach every week. The attention, the programme, and the results are all personal to you.
All sports. The programme is built specifically around your sport, your position, and your performance demands. Everything from rugby and football to hockey, boxing, and beyond.
Minimum three months. This is long enough to see real, measurable progress. Athletes who commit for six months or more see the most significant results.
The two programmes are compatible. Some athletes use the cohort for group accountability alongside their 1:1 for bespoke programming. Your coach will manage both to make sure the workloads complement each other.
